Our main accounts in Australia are all integrated via API systems resulting in seamless data transfer and customer communications. Our new in-field app provides track n trace for our customers to view their Install2u driver or installer on their way to the customer. Concluding with our customers asked to complete an NPS survey. Feedback is currently at +60%
